Graduation— 5 Good Reasons Why We Should Finish What We Start

Whether we graduate from grade school, college, an educational program, or whatever it is that you want to finish, just being able to actually finish, is a very important milestone in our lives. The sole sense of accomplishment, gives us reasons to believe that what we had just completed, will make us feel more than winners. Setting goals and objectives sometimes can be hard to make, and then being able to really achieve those goals and objectives, will certainly give more confidence to complete and undertake whatever it is that you want to carry out. The following are 5 good reasons why we should finish what we start and celebrate a graduation.

Benefits: When we are able to reap the benefits of our hard work, time, money, etc. we know that something good will happen. In agriculture, there is a rule that says that a farmer reaps what that farmer sows, which means that somehow all that investment will one day bring a profit.

Perseverance: If you are in college and are planning to graduate no matter what, obstacles sand hurdles surely will come, but you know that your perseverance will pay some day. Not giving up, despite the desire to do so, you keep going and complete your degree, realizing that you will have more open doors of opportunities and have learned to persevere and not give up when the rough gets tough.

Set goals and objectives: You know that part of accomplishments and bringing results, establishing and setting goals and objectives are a must. Knowing where you’re going is very important in order to get some place. Because if you don’t know where you are going, then you will never get anywhere.

Sense of accomplishment: When we actually finish what we start, a sense of accomplishment will over take us. Achievement brings confidence to feel good about ourselves and it helps us realize that we have something positive to offer. And this confidence, maybe someday, will make us over achievers.

Planning: If we fail to plan, than we are planning to fail. Having a plan to complete what we initiate is very important in order to be able to show our work. For example, knowing what tasks to do first, we will get done more work during the day.

Whatever it is that we graduate of, whether it be high school, college or an educational program, it will certainly bring benefits, teaches us perseverance, as well as setting goals and objectives, we will get a sense of accomplishment, and also learn about planning.
